Core Concepts

Eco-Cycle Tool
This framework introduces three ways of thinking and taking action: Emergent Action , Rational Action & Constrained Action.

When an organisation can recognise where it is within its own Eco-Cycle, it can make an informed decision as to whether it needs to take alternative action, to prevent strategic drift. In certain situations it may be necessary to take more extreme steps, and even 'reinvent' itself to survive. Not recognising the 'warning signs' and understanding the implication can be fatal.
Grow Through Change (GTC) Framework
This is a holistic multi domain model of organisational dynamics. By working through all the domains of influence, exploring each from different perspectives we create new insights. We help you reflect-on-action, reflect-in-action enabling you to ultimately reflection-for-action.

Primary Colours® Model of Leadership
A suite of tools developed over 25 years of research and refinement, the Primary Colours® Model of Leadership is based on concepts taught on Executive Education programmes at Oxford University's Saïd Business School for the past ten years.

Primary Colours® makes sense of the factors that cause managers and professionals to succeed. Primary Colours® provides the organisation with a common language for people and organisational development processes. The appeal of the model is its simplicity. If your organisation already has a competency model or qualities framework that describes the required tasks and behaviours of the management group, Primary Colours® will map on to it.
NEO PI-R™ Personality Inventory, Neuroscience & Resilience
NEO PI-R™ provides a particularly rich understanding of personality traits that underpin day-to-day behaviour based on the Five Factor Model of personality. The inventory reviews: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (Anxiety).

Research shows the very personality traits which are found unusually often within the law community and which help lawyers flourish in the legal landscape are coincidently the very same personality traits known to increase lifetime risk of anxiety and depression 1.

Values-based Indicator of Motivation: Reveal the values that define a person
VbIM is used for personal development but also in team building. It is also a useful recruitment tool as it addresses the motivational 'match' between individuals and organisations.

It maps traditional values like reward, influence and altruism and matches these with more contemporary concerns relating to relationships, as well as more abstract concepts. It provides both breadth and depth and gives insight into the balance between individual and group/societal values, and those, which are sources of individual satisfaction or meaning.

Type Dynamic Indicator TDI®
This explores our current and desired preferences regarding what attracts and energises us in terms of Extraversion and Introversion. How we see the world through Sensing and Intuition. How we make decisions through Thinking and Feeling. And finally the way we manage the world through Judging and Perceiving.
Managing Team Roles to know where you stand
The MTR-i™ gives depth to all aspects of team and group development, at all levels within organisations. It also forms part of the Type Mapping System (TDI™) , which allows personal preferences to be mapped onto team roles, and aligned with organisational imperatives.
Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire
The EIQ3D shifts the emphasis from IQ and personality towards the effect that self-awareness has on performance. Uniquely, it provides a paired process, which is both personally challenging and also highly conducive to development.
Hogan™ Development Survey
The Hogan™ Development Survey (HDS) identifies personality-based performance risks and derailers of interpersonal behaviour. These derailers affect an individual's leadership style and actions. If these behaviour patterns are recognised, however, they can be compensated by development and coaching.
Entrepreneurial Tendencies and Abilities
Entrepreneurship is the genesis of business innovation and growth. But for all entrepreneurial activity it starts at the individual level and some individuals have much more potential for it than others. META identifies entrepreneurial potential in order to help businesses nurture and retain their entrepreneurial talent.
The Team Trust Survey exploring different perspectives
Find out how trust - or the lack of it - affects the way people engage, decide, produce, innovate, and share in one another's success. Explore the survey with your teammates to answer questions such as: Our team is performing acceptably. So how do we begin to take our team to its full potentials?

We are consciously working to build our trust levels and team performance. What will help us the most? We are already an extraordinary team. Where can we go from here? We have conflicts, disrespect, and "undiscussables" causing tension for us. What can we do about it? The situation is out of control and we feel 'dysfunctional.' Now what? We offer facilitated workshops using the output from this tool.

The tool is open source, published by Daniel K Oestreich
FIRO Element B™ to explore compatibility
FIRO Element B™ has many uses and is regularly applied to areas and issues such as self-esteem, decision- making, negotiations, team compatibility (or atmosphere) and defensiveness.
The Leadership Circle™ for Transformational Leadership
A suite of tools to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the deep motivations and underlying habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Ultimately, it gives you the whole picture, going to the source of behaviour to get greater leverage on change. In an instant, it gets your leader in touch with what is working, what is not, and why. We can use this framework to explore Management, Leadership and Leadership Team Culture.
CORE Employee Engagement Survey
Employee Engagement is key to building commitment, retention and improved performance. Research has consistently shown that engaged employees help their organisations to perform better through retention, superior customer service, innovation and productivity. We can help you identify, track and manage your levels of employee engagement and the key factors that influence this via an employee survey. Then watch commitment, discretionary effort and performance improve.
Integrative Leadership Development Framework
The 'Management Challenge' is changing daily and it almost feels impossible to adapt quickly enough. Those that do not know how to respond are likely to keep doing the same thing , just faster, consuming more resources. The problem for many is this just will not work and they are destined to crash and become one of the failing organisations each year.

For those wanting to survive and prosper there is the need to develop entrepreneurial practices that integrate Individual and Group Dynamics creating agile management teams. For behavioural agility to be long-lasting it is essential that the 'Culture' of the organisation can, and will support these new behaviours wholeheartedly.

Those wanting to embark on this journey can be guided and supported by our unique development framework, stimulating & supporting Integrative Leadership delivering enhanced performance.
