NEO PI-R™ Personality Inventory, Neuroscience & Resilience
NEO PI-R™ provides a particularly rich understanding of personality traits that underpin day-to-day behaviour based on the Five Factor Model of personality. The inventory reviews: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (Anxiety).
Research shows the very personality traits which are found unusually often within the law community and which help lawyers flourish in the legal landscape are coincidently the very same personality traits known to increase lifetime risk of anxiety and depression1.

Values-based Indicator of Motivation: Reveal the values that define a person
VbIM is used for personal development but also in team building. It is also a useful recruitment tool as it addresses the motivational 'match' between individuals and organisations.
It maps traditional values like reward, influence and altruism and matches these with more contemporary concerns relating to relationships, as well as more abstract concepts. It provides both breadth and depth and gives insight into the balance between individual and group/societal values, and those, which are sources of individual satisfaction or meaning.
Type Dynamic Indicator TDI®
This explores our current and desired preferences regarding what attracts and energises us in terms of Extraversion and Introversion. How we see the world through Sensing and Intuition. How we make decisions through Thinking and Feeling. And finally, the way we manage the world through Judging and Perceiving.
Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire
The EIQ3D shifts the emphasis from IQ and personality towards the effect that self-awareness has on performance. Uniquely, it provides a paired process, which is both personally challenging and also highly conducive to development.
